libwpg-tools software package provides Tools from libwpg for converting WP Graphics to Raw/SVG, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libwpg-tools
libwpg-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libwpg-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libwpg-tools *
You will get with libwpg-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
